Question How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Question What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Answer

If you receive a damaged product or an item you didn’t order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition. We’ll arrange a return or replacement as quickly as possible.

Question Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Answer

Yes, COD is available but only within Shillong city limits. For all other locations, we currently accept prepaid orders only via secure online payment methods.
