Refund & Return Policy

At Rosie’s Boutique, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products every time. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases:

  1. Damaged Product Received
    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Wrong Item Shipped
    If you receive the wrong item (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 3 days of delivery for a return or exchange.

📦 Return & Refund Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns/refunds will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use.

  • Customers must report issues via WhatsApp, call, or email within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item may be required for verification.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received in original condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer within 7 business days.

  • In eligible cases, you may also choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund.

❗ Please Note:

  • Refunds and returns are not applicable for reasons such as size mismatch, change of mind, or delay in delivery due to courier issues.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the error was from our end.
