At Rosie’s Boutique, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products every time. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible Return & Refund Cases:

Damaged Product Received
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery. -
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 3 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
📦 Return & Refund Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Returns/refunds will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use.

Customers must report issues via WhatsApp, call, or email within 3 days of receiving the product.

Photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item may be required for verification.
💸 Refund Process:

Once the return is approved and the product is received in original condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer within 7 business days.

In eligible cases, you may also choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund.

Refunds and returns are not applicable for reasons such as size mismatch, change of mind, or delay in delivery due to courier issues.

Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the error was from our end.
